Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact kyliemariposa.shop@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
